Medical evacuation vehicles transport injured personnel, but expose U.S. Army medics to the battle space in the process. To mitigate this, the team developed a tradeshow composite unmanned casualty evacuation (CASEVAC) pod with essential medical equipment and a custom designed power system.
Personally, led three iterative development cycles over four months, integrating human-centric design principles, rapid prototyping, and CU Anschutz Medical doctors feedback. The team performed testing by building a prototype and simulating the anticipated use case, specifically focusing on the loading method and medical layout.
For testing, the team built a full-scale wooden prototype for ergonomic testing with CU Anschutz Medical doctors. This happened through The results refined the pod’s design, specifically the loading method and medical layout.
Managed project timelines using Gantt charts, stayed within budget, and ensuring strict compliance with U.S. Military and NATO Safe Ride Standards while meeting stakeholder requirements, including those of the U.S. Department of Defense
Through this project the team showcased advanced design innovation and product development.

As a project management intern I worked on a team of 5 to direct multiple fast-paced projects at a multi-billion-dollar Research and Development fabrication plant while utilizing strong communication, adaptability.
I lead 2 cross-team meetings a week for senior leadership. I interpreted and edited drawings, made bill of materials, prepared status reports, negotiated contracts, and managed vendor relationships. As a team, we managed the budgets by financial planning.
I also was able to be part of the women group and go golfing!

I performed many inspections of ferries and terminal system in the Puget Sound, while taking photos, ensuring safety adherence, and collecting data. Then, writing through reports of the systems and collaborating with contractors and suppliers when changed needed to be made.
Researched and studied human interaction with ferry’s and worked to iterate for optimize passenger design.
